About

Owner-led since day one.

An owner-led general contractor with twelve years of commercial, retail and industrial work across the GTA, and the paperwork to match.

Paul Singh started New Century in Etobicoke with an electrician's habit of doing the invisible work properly. That habit still runs the company: the person who prices your project is on site running it, the trades that matter most are our own people, and every job closes out with photos, inspections and paperwork you can hand to the next owner.

Questions we get asked
Can you work after hours or on weekends?

Yes. Where the landlord or the store requires it, we schedule night and weekend windows and price them as such in the scope.

Who supervises the site?

The owner. Paul prices the work and runs it. There is no handoff to a junior project manager.

How do you handle dust, noise and egress?

Containment and negative air where needed, protected finishes, exits kept clear, daily cleanup. We walk the plan with your building operator before day one.

Do you do small repair programs?

Yes. Recurring repair and maintenance programs across a portfolio are a good fit for an owner-led crew that shows up when it says it will.
